It is January 2007 and Sibelle and I are 2,100m high on the Jebel Akhdar, at the top of the steps that the Persian army had built to storm the mountain. It is much quieter now, so we stand over millions of tons of prehistoric sea creatures writhing in the rock, looking to see if we can catch any. Much more fun than goats, which aren’t as responsive to barking.

I just look at it and felt proud of being a dog and having such a nice and talented friend. And now I am again up. Sorry, I did not realize that he was taken my image. I would have cleaned my nose…
woof, Sibelle!
