the Mingis

A camel in Qafifa, where I shot the remnants of the Mingis. Who says only elephants have nice eyelashes? A muzzle helps when one moves in this close, too. Even National Geographic did a piece on camel beauty contests. Hmm. Pity the animals have been replaced by Abu Shenabs.

National Geographic can’t possibly present anything better than you do. I hope they’ll soon gear up for you and get you over there. I think you are their principal hope for the future. Nice camel. But I prefer all critters without muzzles. Including men.

Hueeee, that’s eyes. Why this big good looking animal is wearing a muzzle?. I only get one at the vet because I do not like to be touched from everybody. Maybe it does not like to be photographed…?
