Over the course of
my extensive 19-year professional journey, I have navigated a maze of many
industries, academic institutions, and innovative practices. I set out on this
journey with an intense desire to learn, combining academic rigor with
real-world application. Equipped with a Doctorate in Management from Mewar
University and an MBA from Devi Ahilya University, I set out to explore the
complexities of digital marketing, consumer behavior, and the dynamic terrain
of decision-making.
My skill set is both broad and diversified; it includes project execution,
brand management, digital marketing, and other areas. I use the skills of team
leadership, mentoring, and change-initiating as tools in the interpersonal

In addition to imparting knowledge, as an Associate Professor at the MATS
School of Management Studies and Research, I also promoted an exploration and
inquiry-based philosophy. I entered the consulting field and took on the role
of Senior Principal Consultant at Purple Oak Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd.,
where I skillfully shaped plans and handled complications.
However, my path is shaped by more than just my career achievements; it is also
lighted by my educational pursuits and insatiable curiosity. As someone who has
published in over 25 journals and has a long history of patents under my belt,
I am a living example of the symbiosis.
My literary pursuits transcend language barriers; I
have written five novels in four different languages that tell stories of
wisdom and illumination.
Awards and recognition pepper the pages of my career narrative, each acting as
a checkpoint in the winding path of personal development. Through my
participation in the MATS University NAAC Committee and my mentoring positions
in academia, I have made an effort to share the knowledge that those who came
before me imparted to me.
Still, the journey itself is the most treasured memory among all the awards and
accolades. Every turn of events, every success and failure, has molded not only
a professional but also a persona full of resiliency, empathy, and an
insatiable curiosity. I am humbled to realize that the road is far from ended
and is only the beginning of the symphony of possibilities that lie ahead as I
look out at my accomplishments.

Customer Relationship Management: Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets. Maintaining healthy & cordial relationships with the clients for expanding business & resolving the queries & complaints about high customer satisfaction.
